• Introducing a unique "lawyer-in-the-loop" feature. A user has the option to submit any AI-research for verification. This sends it to an experienced and qualified local lawyer (a Verifier) who reviews the AI-answer and makes changes where needed. We call these verified answers.
• Growing a proprietary legal knowledge base to drive greater accuracy in future AI-answers. Our legal knowledge base comprises the verified answers, which a human has reviewed and verified. We're continually expanding this knowledge base and growing our panel of Verifiers.

This element of verification is a crucial way we have created an AI legal assistant that is truly unique and purpose-built for legal research.

In short, no. Verifiers are our ‘lawyers-in-the-loop’ who, upon request, review AI research answers and make changes where necessary. We have intentionally designed our solution to ensure Verifiers never know who is asking the question, and vice versa, users don’t know who is verifying. This double-blind system is part of our broader ‘privacy-by-design’ approach and works to protect your data.

Rest assured, our Verifiers are all experienced local lawyers who are required to have proven expertise in their respective fields. Additionally, our global operations team actively monitor all verified answers to ensure there is a high standard of quality and consistency maintained.
